Very upset Not like the picture had to send message to the seller returning the frames back he should get it by Saturday 10/19/24 hopefully the seller sends me the correct frames or refund back will not repurchase frames again not happy with their customer service tried calling eBay to let them know as well not happy had to cancel my eye exam cause I did not have the correct frames what's done is done ....

Long story short had to get EBay's customer service involved and they took care of everything including sending me a free shipping label and refunding my money as soon as I took the glasses to the post office. Thank goodness for eBay handling this, because all the seller wanted to do was argue just like other customers have complained about.
