So I started a return. Monday i received a message saying the sn was missing from the box and now he can't prove they are authentic so no return. So now I have to waste my time and open a claim to get my money back. The buyer returned it with the sticker removed from the box, which prevented me from verifying that it was the same item I originally sent. This is a violation of eBay’s return policy. I’ve submitted all documentation to eBay for review.
