I have sent 4 messages through EBay to EdisonBright in regards to this & stated that I would send the nonfunctional light back. This headlamp cost 40 plus dollars. No response from EdisonBright at all to any of the 4 messages. At this point it’s $40 down the drain unless EBay intervenes.

Therefore, there's no sense in dinging their eBay feedback, since I chose not to bother doing a return or refund. The listing and photo was for model E12 version V2, but they shipped model E12 version V3, which is not the one I wanted. The lesson for the seller is, don't ship the wrong version, and if the old version is out of stock, then just delist it.
