On arrival the measurements on one pack had been hand written over, so I was concerned that if I opened it & it was too big I wouldn't be able to return it, so I then had to message about this. Responses were quick but I was underwhelmed by the one sentence, curt, communications. It would have saved me trouble if they enclosed a note to explain I could return if wrong.
