The second one, as I was about to open, I heard rattling noise on the inside. Hard to believe that all it takes to run is a simple circuit board. I was able to reattach the board to the cover, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the lesson.

BTW, the reason I like these so much is the tool-less design. Just push on the end tab and spudge them apart. They fit a 2.5" drive like a glove and at this price they are a steal. The IC board and cable alone are worth the price. Thanks, vcellparts!

These corrected the errors on 2 of my external drive4s and I had thought about throwing out the bad drives but his product saved those drives and the computer does not drop them like the other units did. I would recommend these if you are using USB 3.0. They are great for that connection. I ordered 5 more for my other external drives.

I told them about the issue and they gave me a refund after a week passed ETA. It showed up the next day. I offered to pay for it again but, seller gifted it to me. Very generous. I notified seller and seller was amazing with extremely quick response time and issued a refund. Really excellent customer service and a great product. I will definitely save this seller and if I need more batteries in the future, purchase from this seller. Highly recommend!!!

The items were supposed to be free shipping. I contacted the seller and they said they didn't understand why, they apologized for any inconvenience, and refunded me for my purchase. I don't know what happened, but I do not blame the seller for it.
