I reached out to the seller, and they responded within 48 hours, just 21 minutes before the deadline, and pointed out eBay s policy to me. After exchanging messages, they provided a full refund for the product I received. This resolved my issue with them, which is why I am changing my feedback to positive. As a side note, it s a good idea to message the seller beforehand to inquire about their packaging method,.
