I have a long experience with sex toys and my girl got tired using this on me. It does not work as well as I thought it would. The innertube is not soft like a women's vagina no matter how much lube you put into it. It's uncomfortable and the sleeve hurts. Look elsewhere for a different pump, or buy a different one. This feels like a knock-off from it's counterpart...

I contacted Iogear to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong, but they told me it was just a defective unit. As soon as I let secret toy boxxx know, they immediately sent a replacement, which they kindly tested, and it works great! My grandson is very happy. Customer service was fabulous.
