They didn’t have to do as much as they did but they tried to help me and make me happy. Product was as advertised and works great. I responded back to the seller and the seller agreed to exchange with one that would fit. After a few correspondence the seller sent me another AC Adapter and this one fit and worked perfectly. The seller provided me with an excellent customer experience and for that I am very grateful just want to recognize that fact. Thank you so much for the extra effort that you gave.
