Adjustable regulator but need to take apart when adjust pressure. Comes with preset pressure to level what customer asked for. Not difficult but Only recommend to those have good diy skills or gunsmith. Do not over tighten otherwise o rings can be damaged. Lane regulators are one of the best you can buy. Pressure gauge and fill nipple can be placed in multiple locations.
