Although the petcock has two brass fuel barbs, the horizonal one taps in to the other downstream of the petcock. This means fuel from this inlet bypasses the petcock. Not like the original Honda S90 ones from the mid-1960's. But great if your tank needs no cross-tube, and you have two carbs.

On an S90 or other models that have a crossover tube there should be a port that ties the two sides of the tank together and shuts off the crossover tube with the fuel shut off. The one sold here has 2 output barbs that would connect to 2 separate carbs. I made it work by adding a valve in the crossover tube but it’s not correct for the single carb bikes.
