When I contacted the company they did what they could to find me the right blades and when they drew blank they refunded my money and payed for the blades to be returned. I think that people get tested when things go wrong and this supplier passed with flying colours. Having contacted the seller they responded quickly and issued an apology and a full refund. They don't even want me to return the none genuine filters.
