I had to very slightly sand the volume tone knobs for my specific guitar and one of the holes didn’t line up exactly, but things like that are to be expected on a custom guard like this. Better and cheaper than custom ordering one from Suhr

Not only do these guys have a wide variety of materials and routs to choose from, the main thing I check for is whether a pickguard maker can get the cut near the upper bout to be sharp and crisp. Don't be fooled by the cheaper ones on ebay. These guys do it properly.
