Received my initial order of two sconces super quickly and when the backplate for one did not fit, communication was really quick, friendly &helpful. They managed to find a replacement back plate and got that out to me super fast. The fan didn't work after initial installation, so I contacted A&J Wholesalers to let them know and that I was going to buy a new remote and receiver to try ( The fan was perfect in every other way). They immediately got back to me, apologized and said they'd pay for the parts. Got the parts in, hooked things up and the fan works perfectly!
