Definitely was not a issue the seller could have caught and would purchase from again if they are selling an item I am looking for. The seller quickly sent another one to replace it at no cost. Unfortunately, the second and third ones arrived broken due to poor packaging. Since these adapters are fragile, I implored the seller to ship it in a cardboard box rather than a poly bag, which they did, and finally that one arrived intact. I appreciate this seller shipping FOUR of these at their expense to finally resolve the problem.
