This was packed knowing they'd try to break the fragile item--dropping it, kicking it, putting an elephant on top of it. Go ahead UPS/FED EX--try to break this delicate item. You won't. Great Seller!!!

Although, I have purchased many beautiful items thru eBay, I thought the package was lost or stolen! It arrived today and when I opened it and I saw the three beautiful kittens, I cried! I recently had two packages tampered with and several items stolen! So back to feedback! A really precious and wonderful figurine of kittens! Beautiful quality and condition! Unfortunately, when I received it, it paled compared to the picture. I told them I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and that I want a refund. I have to return it to them and they will give me a refund of $5.00. This is why I don't like purchasing things on line. It looks good and then you receive it and it isn't.
