    I gave this seller a positive review even though I haven't, after 9 weeks, received the earrings. Trish shipped the earrings right away but our USPS managed to send them to never, never land. Trips to the local post office on both Trish's and my end yielded no answers other than "The systems backed up". A missing mail inquiry submitted over 4 weeks ago has not received any response either. Trish was always responsive and even refunded the transaction. I won't hesitate to purchase from her again.
