Careless courier damaged the external box, however it was well packaged by seller and item inside was undamaged - reflects badly on the courier firm, but not on the seller. I do normally wrap items in bubble wrap for that event to happen! None of the couriers are much better! Plenty of damages from Parcelforce, Royal mail, DPD and UPS with bigger items. This maybe all down to a driver having a bad day, we will never know.
