They wrapped the mug with a lot of care and I can't stress that enough cause the mug is a gift for my cousin and before I bought this 1 I had bought a different one for her from a different seller and well the mug was broken they didn't wrap it like at all really there was 1 littler layer of wrap, but theses guys did it right and the mug got to my house safely.

Unfortunately, the seller made a mistake and shipped an Azumarill instead of a Marill. I opted to keep the Azumarill and notified the seller of what had happened. They shipped out a Marill plush the next business day and said to keep the one they had already sent.
