Once it did start moving it was sent to the wrong city but instead of sending it to a nearby sorting center it went back to the center that sent it to the wrong city. It ended up too late to give. I’m very disappointed in this delivery.

They shipped out a new package using a faster service, to replace it and ensure I got it quickly. 4 days later I received the new package and was able to install my battery. They made the process quick and easy to get a replacement, due to USPS losing the package.
