I took the motherboard out, sent it for repair, got it back quickly, reinstalled it, and now the TV works perfectly. The repair was affordable and on time.

Solved by using Chromecast 4k. Total repair cost + Chromecast was less than $200 compare to more than $500 local TV repair shop quoted.
