We know this product works very well. We would not sell anything that didn't work when properly applied. Based on the extremely high success rate of this product of .994% and failure rate of .00064, we would have to assume there is likely something wrong with the customers application. Either way, we would have refunded the purchase, but they chose to hurt our business with a bad review.

My only concern was shipping time if the paper backing needs to be applied please let the buyer know upfront. Communication was lacking at first but got better and they apologized for the delay which I appreciate.
