It was packaged well and was in great working condition. Shipping was prompt and on-time. It looks brand new, or if it was refurbished you would never have any idea. I am very pleased with my purchase and may end up purchasing another one from Aplera.

It came with the box, remote, power cord and HDMI cable. I got 3 boxes with my 1st order back in Feb. Better deals when you order more. I had an issue with the number keypad on one of the remotes. It was resolved quickly. A replacement was sent. The replacement had the same issue. A 2nd one was sent. Both shipped free and he didn't require me to return the bad ones. Very happy and would buy again.
