The buyer received the item and was unable to plug it in since the speaker had remnants of the old plug broken off in there. Instead of sending it back for a replacement/refund, the buyer decided to take matters into his own hands and effectively damaged the speaker trying to make it work; rendering it unreturnable. That being said, I still gave them their money back. All around lose-lose situation.

Packaged very securely and was as described. Haven’t install it yet but doesn’t seem to be anything wrong at all with the product. I contacted the seller and got almost immediate responses. They went right to work to figure out what went wrong and offered to send the missing pump right away. It turned out that I only needed one so they gave me a refund instead. Mistakes happen, how they're handled is what's important. Id buy from this seller again.
