It's beautiful and functional and I've never had a better quality countertop convection oven. It doesn't matter that it's refurbished, the condition is literally exactly like it's brand new. The added bonus is super speedy shipping. Excellent seller!

I like the size, the versatility and the appearance. I tend to trust remanufactured items as I know they have been checked and tested and the condition of this oven did not disappoint. It was also a great price, much less than I paid for my original. The only problem....I ordered red but received stainless. However I can live with that. The packing was great and shipping superb.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke.
