Upon examining the gear the adapter was intended to serve, I realized I'd chosen the precisely correct output power, but had made a slight error in measuring the diameter of the plug required. nonetheless I will keep this excellent adapter, in case I come upon some other bit of gear that will need a 4mm barrel plug.

Seller was very co-operative and even refunded part of my money because it took so long to get it. Even with everything going wrong that could I still recommend this seller. They didn’t have to do as much as they did but they tried to help me and make me happy. Product was as advertised and works great. I responded back to the seller and the seller agreed to exchange with one that would fit. After a few correspondence the seller sent me another AC Adapter and this one fit and worked perfectly. The seller provided me with an excellent customer experience and for that I am very grateful just want to recognize that fact. Thank you so much for the extra effort that you gave.
