The tool kit is barely acceptable, with the Suction cup being the worst part. I was able to disassemble my iPhone, and complete my replacement. Struggles I had... the suction cup wouldn't work on the glass, and barely worked on a wide piece of tape I put on the glass screen, I had to magnetizing the screw driver blade to re-install the screws and a set of long reach tweezers would have made it easier.
