The items were supposed to be free shipping. I contacted the seller and they said they didn't understand why, they apologized for any inconvenience, and refunded me for my purchase. I don't know what happened, but I do not blame the seller for it. I am most appreciative for the willingness to make things right, and I would buy from them again.

I notified seller and seller was amazing with extremely quick response time and issued a refund. Really excellent customer service and a great product. I will definitely save this seller and if I need more batteries in the future, purchase from this seller. Highly recommend!!!
