But of course, not perfectly round like the example image is. It does have a small tie inside if you need to adjust the size, though you may want to tinker with it a bit because it's a tad bit difficult to get it to the perfect size, but it works well enough. I think it's worth the price you pay for it. It is cute for what it is.
