I was able to locate a replacement part on ebay that looked like the original part, so I ordered it. I received it quickly. It was new and the same quality as the original knob that broke. exactly like the knob that broke. It fit perfectly and our dryer is back to working great! The price was reasonable, and it looks like the original.

No fault of the sellers but the USPS took almost 4 weeks to arrive. I think the packaging needs to change. Instead of a thin small plastic mailer bag, I would put this in a box. The little bag can get lost in the mail but eventually was found and finally delivered. The knob went through a lot that a hole was torn through the bag on the knob end. All in all, glad it arrived and I love it! Thank you.
