In noisy environments you will not hear well the music or the radio in your ear, and after an hour of use you will have to recharge the battery ;-( ,Charging takes long time. it is cheap item so I leave positive fedback (5*****) , but it does not meet my expectations. I think I will buy earplug with silicone end.

I would not purchase again but I wouldn’t tell someone with good hearing not to get them either. I’m just at a disadvantage with my hearing totally deaf in one ear and partly deaf in the other.

Mine arrived with language already set to what I’m guessing is Chinese. I only speak English but I’ve used multiple different brands of similar wireless earbuds before. I just assume the voice is giving same info as all the others announcing “Power on”, “Power off” and “Bluetooth is connected”. Can’t remember if it had instructions on how to switch to English but works fine for me in Chinese.

They shipped out a new package using a faster service, to replace it and ensure I got it quickly. 4 days later I received the new package and was able to install my battery. They made the process quick and easy to get a replacement, due to USPS losing the package. They have great customer service, and I highly recommend them due to handling issues very well & making the process stress-free
