Organic. this whole bean dark roast is so delicious I had to but a travel grinder so I can bring Macaw with me on my travels. Rich bold no bitterness and strong where the aroma fills my kitchen. If you have not tried Macaw you are doing urself an injustice. I love that they share a letter sharing the people in the farms and who picked my whole beans and they care about there employees.
