Then out of the 3 they sent one was obviously used as the seal was broken and gloss was smeared on the applicator. I sent pics and the seller tried gaslighting me by telling me it wasn’t used and completely denied it. Seller refused to right their wrong and blamed their terrible customer service on their age.

I ordered several Beauty Rush lip glosses to save on shipping and received 1/3 of my order as intended. They submitted the rest 2/3 of my items for another product. When inquired about switching them out they they said, “it’s in the description, but if you are ordering on your phone you might not see the whole description.” Regardless how I ordered, this should be visible and clear to all.
