I have food sensitivities and I have never had the slightest issue with their coffee. It is the only one I really feel that I can trust. Simply AMAZING coffee & amazing service. I got drip grind. As I reviewed my order, it did indicate drip grind. It's all good. I must pay attention in my future orders. I'm drinking a cup as typing this. The Beans are always 'fresh roasted' and vacuum-packed. Usually quick shipping, although in this last shipment, it took 8 days, instead of 4 days, to reach my mailbox. Usually shipping is faster than a speeding bullet. Just a quirk, I hope, Great company, fantastic coffee!
