Received an item that came in a box that already had one return label on it from another purchaser, also item came from address listed as RMA department. As this immediately raised flags as it being returned, I choose to simply return it unopened and get money back. Can confirm that refund was being processed by my bank at time of writing. Looked up address from where item was shipped and checked with Better business bureau had rating of F.
