Contacted seller to report this, and while they were concerned about getting positive feedback, they seemed not to care at all that the parts were in effective. These light sockets are DANGEROUS, the central terminal (+) is right next to a spring and casing of the opposite polarity (-), and that central terminal is not well attached (stuck through a hole and bent over) and is too thin gauge/soft material so will short out
