They use a 3rd party courier to ship it before it eventually gets to USPS. Shipping estimate given when buying item was way off from actual shipping time. Took 5 days before item was shipped and another 6 days for delivery. Wished I would’ve read the other feedback, this is not an isolated incident. If you don’t need item quickly then this seller is ok, but if you want the item in a reasonable amount of time I would consider another seller.

I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future. Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault. Should they have something i need, will def be doing business again with this seller.
