I had an issue because I ordered three sets of the 3 pack multipacks (9 pairs of socks in total) but I only received three pairs (i.e. one 3 pack multipack). However, this mistake was quickly remedied when I contacted the seller who promptly sent me the six missing pairs of socks after I'd submitted photos of the socks, packing note and packaging that I'd received. Seller recommended - mistakes happen and the problem was sorted quickly. Many thanks!! :)

Tracking will only register in a Universal Tracking Site, Postal Services will not recognise it. Slightly better than no Tracking but not much. The UK is now notorious for losing untracked parcels. I bought this book twice as the first one (different seller) never arrived.
