They came from Diss - 20 minutes away - arriving within three days. The item seems to originate in China, as reflected in the quality an the low price. For the amount I will use them, they will be fine. The brushes are deployed by turning the the top, like a propelling pencil. Irritatingly, the fibreglass brush did not 'propel.' It did - after some persuasion from a pair of pliers. So no problem.
