Unfortunately I cannot snap it back on as most of the metal is missing as seen in the picture. This is a manufacturer error and not against the seller as item was sealed and in great condition otherwise. The price is great for everything received. They also appear to be of quality as part of the use of these will be daily clothing and diaper storage for my son for school.
