Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else. Also I have to say the sellers prices are super reasonable and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Packaging could be improved as one of the mounts had been dented while 'floating' around in the plastic bag used for despatch, however actual frame was contained in separate boxes, please take note seller.

The worktop saver was well packaged, but the state the box was in when it arrived was awful. It was very squashed on one side. Luckily the contents wasn't damaged.
