Bought on a 2-3 day delivery as needed the item fast but, it was 8 days by the time it arrived. I contacted the seller and in all fairness they moved very fast and a the item arrived in 2days flat. On checking the contents the phono lead was missing, I emailed & was answered promptly, very apologetic & the new lead arrived the very next day. I know minor problems can occur, but this one was sorted-out very quickly & entirely to my complete satisfaction. Open box purchase, does exactly what I was expecting, very pleased with the product & the price.
