Pleased with the service, even had a call from the technician after fixed. Shipping could have been described a little better as packing slip and direction intended were not described from a user standpoint. Chris was great with assuring me that my oven wasn't irreparably damaged, and that troubleshooting and repairing my control clock would make my oven good as new and he was right!!
