The USPS lost it for a couple days but thats not the sellers fault. They called and emailed to let me know the repair was made and it was being shipped back to me. It solved my problem. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and fast. They were prompt in diagnosing the issue, and I really appreciated that they took the time to call me directly to confirm that the part was successfully repaired and on its way back to me. It’s not often you find a repair service that’s this responsive and communicative. Pleased with the service, even had a call from the technician after fixed. Shipping could have been described a little better as packing slip and direction intended were not described from a user standpoint.
