I replaced the ceramic magnet on the bridge of a Yamaha Pacifica with one of these Alnico 5 ... And the difference is big. Much more clarity, definition and nuance. Notes will ring beautifully now, in contrast with the plasticky, 1D sound of the original magnet. Great stuff.
