The earrings were poor quality and one broke immediately. I had bought two pairs (separately) and therefore requested a return. I told the seller I would send together (to save them two postage costs, no gain for me) and photographed (photo below) the packed earrings on posting. Lo and behold the seller claims to only have received one pair.
