But we were able to contact the seller and they got back to us quickly and got us taken care of. They sent a replacement laser and it was re-shipped to us quickly. Seller had great communication and kept us posted of new shipping and tracking number. We recommend working with this seller and getting these lasers!

The item received was exactly what I wanted and ordered. While the Seller (in Florida) got the package to the USPS in a reasonable amount of time, USPS for some dumb reason shipped the package to Reno, NV before delivering it to me in Florida. Go figure. While it took over a week to be delivered, the Seller got it to USPS quickly - not the Seller's fault.
