The pivot point on the rocker is placed behind the springs. The fork doesn't "spring". It creaks and moans. The drop out is sized for 12mm with a small notch for 10mm and isn't drilled for safety washers allowing the 10mm axle to move and possibly have the front wheel fall off. Thousands are in use, we have many pictures of motorized and electric bike using our forks on our Ebay ads, and our website, and there are dozens more on the internet. The customer may have his "opinion" about the fork, but he never contacted us. More than likely this customer overtightened the rocker bolts, which would bind the fork and not allow it to move properly.

I was back n forth with a few questions and my new buddy Dave eased me through with extremely fast replies, also helped me gather up a modified part that I needed online to complete my setup.
