  union-mart-uk gave an excellent ultrafast dispatch to my order, of the WilksUSA power washer. All securely boxed, arrived 4 days prior to the advised due delivery date. Item was as described. The communication given to me by the eBay seller (union-mart-uk) was 1st class, i knew every stage of the progress, of the ongoing delivery. I highly recommend this seller. All good.

  Had an issue with my item being delivered and signed for at the wrong address. Contacted the seller, he got straight in contact with the courier and had it redelivered to the correct address. Box was still sealed and strapped with plastic straps. I would definitely deal with this Ebayer again. Couldn’t have asked for more of John’s input. Jumped straight onto the problem found out all the correct information, and Kept in contact and updated me with the relevant details. FairPlay to him��

  Unfortunately my item arrived bent and damaged. The box was as it had been in a lemon squeezing competition. I Contacted the buyer no reply as yet 24hrs after no reply. However item was also not as described. It was of a different type as pictured on the listing.

  Arrived fast 2 days ,very well packed as stated in the ad, have to say was a bit dubious with some of the feed back but was for nothing, these guys did exactly as they said and i for 1 am a happy shopper, oh and the pressure washer is great 5 stars, was a pleasure purchasing from you , kindest regards.

  looks great value. have not had chance to try it yet, but looks really good. service was great. delivery was next day, with messages to tell me what time it would arrive. i would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for garden machinery. i can't wait to try it out.

  While there was a serious delay with my order , It was dispatched quickly but was lost by Hermes parcel company , after direct contact with seller a replacement was sent which again took far too long to arrive , suggest seller changes future delivery company , eventually received my purchase and it is exactly as I ordered and seems to be good quality , if delivery could be sorted out properly I would use this seller again .
