Designed poorly.
Compare this to an original tail cap, and two different parts are insulated. This can only work if the inside thread is your MagLite is worn so that it’s costing us gone.

Old Reliable
The best handheld Garmin made, or will ever make in my opinion.
Reliable GPS reception, clear display, and easy menu. The current 64st has some cool new features such as imagery and GLONAS, but barely enough to see me using it in place of my old 60csx. If you have to go used, 60csx is the only way to go.

Tested with 1575 MHz :D
This one, interestingly, has a ground plane coating underneath.
There is some observed difference between the two units I received,
and cheaper units I have previously purchased from eBay.
Mainly to do with too much handling and slight damage with other units.
These ones were provided with the pin in sponge, and in resealable ESD bags.
