Seller did not send the item within three weeks of order, and did not communicate anything about a delay, as other sellers have done if there's a delay. Seller then took over two weeks to refund the money after agreeing to cancel the sale. Three stars and neutral rating on everything, because I did eventually get the refund, but I'm also unlikely to try this seller again.
